How I Work

My Care Philosophy

I believe that healing happens in relationship, between patient and provider, between mind and body, between where you are and where you want to be. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, but always guided by the unique story of the person in front of me.

Whether I'm working with a child navigating school challenges, a teenager struggling with anxiety, or an adult managing a complex mood disorder, my goal is the same: to offer a steady, compassionate presence and a clear path forward.
